Running tonight when i get home.




Meals:
1. yogurt/almonds 6:30a.m.
2. Apple 9a.m.
3. Ground turkey/salad/yogurt 12:20p.m.
4. almonds/apple 3:20p.m.

  2. Yeah, I think it's all about finding what works best for you. I have found that I tend to eat the same thing quite a bit, too... Yogurt is good for killing the sweets cravings i get and it's good for digestion and not having stanky breath...
